Mindfulness for University of Kentucky

You have what you need to manage stress. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) empowers you with your own portable toolkit of safe and effective mind body skills. Are you ready to mobilize your own inner resources for healing?


UK Health & Wellness, in partnership with Mind Body Studio’s Dr. John Patterson, MD, MSPH, FAAFP offers both an 8-week MBSR program ($100) beginning Monday October 12th and a Day Mindfulness for Body, MInd and Heart ($25) on Saturday October 24th exclusively to you as a UK employee, retiree, spouse or sponsored dependent at deeply discounted rates.

We welcome anyone interested in mind-body practices to explore MBSR with us. No previous MBSR or mind-body practice exprience required for any of our programs.
