No prior experience of yoga or meditation required You are encouraged to arrive as early as 6:00 to deeply rest, take a nap or do your personal yoga

Gentle mindful hatha yoga or other mindful movement
Yoga nidra and deep relaxation
Sitting meditation
Discuss personal experiences, readings and research
