Drop-in class (registration recommended but not required)
No prior experience of yoga or meditation required You may arrive as early as 6:00 to rest, nap or do your personal yoga
You may arrive as late as 6:45 to join the class in progress

 

Goals
Mobilize your inner resources for promoting health and self care
Learn effective skills for managing the stress of caregiving, burnout and chronic disease
Explore the meaning and deepest values that inform your life and your work
Cultivate your innate happiness, peacefulness and compassion
Study and practice in a supportive group
Class sequence
Gentle mindful hatha yoga or other mindful movement
Yoga nidra and deep relaxation
Sitting meditation
Discuss personal experiences, readings and research
Cost Donation-based $5-10/person, $2-5/full time students
Pre-registration recommended so I can set up for you
