Tai Chi: Simplified Short Form Workshop with Jim Concotelli
Saturday March 14th
Tai Chi is practiced every day in the parks in China as a way to enhance health, improve balance and promote tranquility. It consists of a set of simple movements done individually one after another to create a form. The movements are synchronized with the breath and a mindfulness focus. This workshop will teach a simplified short form of tai chi that consists of seven movements.
